  • 250 g Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 250 g Tomato Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 piece Green Cardamom
  • 2 piece Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1-2 piece Green Chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Coriander for Garnishing


- In a blender mix butter, cream, red chilli powder, green cardamom, cloves, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste and honey. Prepare a paste and mix with tomato puree.
- In a pan cook the above mixture for two boils and switch off.
- Heat ghee on a tawa (pan) and fry onion & ajwain till the onion turns light brown in color. Add paneer pieces, boiled paste, garam masala powder, salt and cook till the gravy is thick and paneer pieces are well coated.
- Garnish with green coriander.
- Serve hot on tawa itself.
